Yes, I am a few hours early, but I am taking the rest of the evening to enjoy the last few hours of 2009 with my family. We aren’t the type to go out and pain the town red. In fact, I think we’ll be lucky to hear the clock strike midnight!

This year has been amazing and I can only imagine the great things that will come in 2010. It has been almost a year and never did I imagine that my site would have taken off like it has and helped so many people. So thanks to all of you for your support.

As a final note, if you are heading out this evening, please be safe and use a designated driver. Also watch out for those who failed to remember the importance of the DD.

I will be back sometime later tomorrow with some of the first deals of 2010!

It is hard to believe that 2010 is just HOURS away right now. I am so excited to kick it off with all of you, my loyal readers. As a THANK YOU to all of you, I am going to begin a new weekly series called “Lessons from the Mama.” We are going to cover topics like budgeting, debt reduction, coupon basics and know how, and even some financial/important documents organization.

The lessons will be posted every Monday morning around 9:00 a.m. So, you can set your reminder to check on in and see what you can learn. This coming Monday’s lesson is about that awful “B” word — BUDGET!!
