First of all, you’ll want to know about a great promotion from Hershey’s.  They are offering free movie tickets.   You simply just need to do the following:

1.  Purchase 4 bags of participating Hershey’s candy.

2.  Fill out the online form.

3.  Print your form and mail it to:
      2010 Hershey’s Kisses
      Movie Ticket Promotion
      6961-14
      P.O. Box 750440
      El Paso, TX  88575-0440

4.  You will get an email to redeem your free ticket (value of up to $12.00)

Since you must purchase 4 bags, keep your eyes open right now for Easter Candy that is on clearance.  There are reports of bags of candy as low as $1.37 in some areas.  That can really help your deal turn even “sweeter” (yes – pun intended).

Thanks Eric!!

Do you think Easter candy is included? Here’s the specifics from the website: “Collect and send in four (4) UPCs from 10oz. or larger packages of HERSHEY’S KISSES Chocolates, REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures, HERSHEY’S MINIATURES Chocolate Bars or YORK Peppermint Patties to receive one (1) Fandango Promotional Code good for one (1) movie ticket valued at up to $12.00 sent via email. Offer valid between 4/1/10 and 6/30/10.”

Yup, as Tracie said, just has to be that type of candy and 10oz or more bags.

I made a raid on the 94th and Metcalf store today, picking up 16 bags to qualify for 4 movie tickets. I called Hershey’s customer service last week to confirm you can send in more than one request, and I was told as long as the form doesn’t specify a limit, then you can, but you have to send each request in a separate envelope. I’ll also add that when you go to generate a form, there is a unique number on each form, so if you want to send in more than one DO NOT simply print several copies of the same form!!! Instead, clear your cookies, go back to the link and enter your information all over again to ensure that you get a unique number for the next form.

After my raid, I mailed in all 4 forms today. No, I don’t eat much candy, but I discovered that the Hershey’s Kisses had an expiration date of December 2010 and I realized I could buy all my Halloween candy now, store it in the cool basement and get 4 movie tickets for my trouble!

Walmart is probably cheaper than Kmart on the after-Easter candy sales (if they’re having one), so call before you go and check on the price.

Good luck!

Thanks!! I was wondering if there was a limit since the website doesn’t have one… I will have to check on candy tomorrow.

Eric in OP-
Have you found a theatre in our area to use these? When I went on the Fandango web site there were no theatres that you could buy online tickets at in our area. Am I missing something?

Thanks!
