OK, so I will admit that I’ve watched the commercials for I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray and thought that they were just nuts.  There’s no way a “spray” could actually taste good on my food.  Well, when I was in NYC, I had a chance to try something and was quite surprised at how good it was.  During my visit, they thought that they’d love a chance to help get the news out to other “non-believers” such as myself.

So, they mailed me a bottle of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray,  Grilling Basket, Deluxe Crate ‘n Barrel Grilling Kit and some incredible recipes and tips.  So, my husband and I decided to give it a shot ourselves.  We wanted shiskabobs one night.  We usually skewer them alone  to get even cooking.  So, this time, we gave them a shot of the butter spray and it really gave a new flavor to them after they were cooked.  My husband was even surprised as well — so looks like two converts here! LOL!
