This morning I officially hit the 1/3rd mark of the 30 Day Shred program! I’ve had some set backs that prevented me from doing the program a few times, but I am keeping on track and will hit my 30 days of workouts!
The one thing I have noticed since I’ve been doing this workout is that I feel better all the way around. I want to eat more healthy. I am happier. My energy level has increased. I can even think more clearly! Of course, I had read that these things can happen when you start a workout regiment. However, I wasn’t sure if it was just hype or not. I’m here to say that it is absolutely true!
Now, I intially said that my goal was to just feel better and to tone my body. Losing weight was not my personal goal. However, I am actually shedding some weight – go figure! I thought I’d just check in and update you with some stats of changes I have realized after 10 days of doing this program:
Weight Loss: 1.4 lbs
Inches Lost on Waist: 1.5″
Inches Lost on Hips: 1″
Inches Lost in Chest: 1″
I am just amazed at what I am seeing happening! Now, I need some super deals on clothes because it looks like I’m gonna need to pick up a few new things! How are you doing? Share your accomplishments — that can help us ALL stay motivated!
