I recently was given an opportunity to review The Coupon Mom’s Guide to Cutting Your Grocery Bills In Half. I finally have had a chance to get through the book and there are some great features that I liked.

1. She helps you learn what type of shopper you are and how you can save money. It isn’t a “one-size fits all” approach to saving money.

2. She helps you learn how to really analyze what you are spending. She teaches you how to watch your per oz, lb, gallon, etc. sizing to make sure you are are really getting the biggest bang for your buck.

3. She helps you learn how to really save on purchasing meat — which is one area that always seems to eat up a large chunk of the average consumer’s grocery budget.

4. Whether you shop supermarket, wholesale club or regional chains, she helps you learn how to save money at each locale.

Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned veteran when comes to couponing, I really think you can still learn something from what she has to offer. I do a great job saving and have picked up a few new tips that I know will help slash our grocery bill. My opinion is that it is filled with nothing but helpful hints that will really work!
