*Reminder* Hy-vee: General Mills Cereals Starting At $0.14!!

Have you stocked up on your General Mills Cereal Yet?  This sale ends Today or Tuesday (depending on the market you’re in)  So make sure you get your coupons together and head to the store if you haven’t yet!

You can find a full list of coupons and some starting scenarios in my original post from earlier this week.  There have a been a wide variety of prices reported all across the midwest.  If you have more than one Hy-vee you could shop at, you might want to take a look at each one to see if they have different sales.  Some stores have their Cheerios on sale for 4/$10, which would make them free after $1/2 Cheerios coupons stacked with the store and catalina coupons and moneymaker after the $0.75/1 Cheerios (original box) that became available this weekend.  However other stores only have 3-4 cereals for $2.99.   Below is a copy of some of the updates that I posted last week.

One great thing about this promotion, is the $4 Catalina that prints (when you buy 4 General Mills Cereals) is rolling!  That means that you can purchase 4 cereals in one transaction and receive the $4 Catalina off of a future grocery purchase, then turn around and use it to purchase 4 more cereals and still receive another $4 catalina!

I took a little extra time and double checked all of the prices on the shelves again, as they do tend to go up and down with the sales cycles.  I ended up finding Chex Honey Oat and Wheat on sale for only $2.50 each!!  That means without any manufacturer coupons you’ll be able to get 4 boxes for only $0.50 each after the in store coupon and catalina!!  I mentioned a couple weeks ago in a What’s for Dinner segment that I love using the Chex Honey Oat cereal for my chicken strips, so I’ll be stocking up on this cereal again.

As reminder, price declines can vary by region, so its possible you may not find this exact deal at your store.  But keep an eye out for cereals that are on sale for less than $2.99 to score the best deals.

This is such a hot deal I wanted to remind everyone to make sure they print their coupons and head to the store if you haven’t already.  This sale goes through this sales cycle (either Monday or Tuesday depending on the market you’re in).

You can find a full list of coupons and some starting scenarios in my original post from earlier this week.  As I have done this deal and others it does seem though that prices are varying greatly, so if you have more than one Hy-vee you could shop at you might want to take a quick look and see if they’re having any sales.  Some stores have their cheerios on sale for 4/$10, which would make them free after $1/2 Cheerios coupons stacked with the store and catalina coupons.  However other stores only have 3-4 cereals for $2.99.   Below is a copy of some of the updates that I posted earlier this week.

With the hot cereal deal this week I just had to go this morning, and I found some new deals too.  I was able to get 36 boxes of cereal this morning, 2 pounds of hamburger and a couple of small lunchable all for only $23.31 out of pocket.  You can find a list of coupons for this deal in a previous post, along with some deal scenarios to get you started.
