Melissa, which one in Lee’s Summit do you shop at? I’ve had problems at the one on Woods Chapel, but only if the coupon won’t scan. They won’t manually enter anything that has been printed off the internet.

They always have a lot of new people there, that don’t understand their policies, so I’d go to customer service and talk to someone. I spoke with a supervisor after I was told by a checker that they wouldn’t accept my coupon because I “copied it on a copy machine”. She told me that their checkers are under such pressure to not accept fraudulent coupons, that sometimes they are overly cautious.

The Velveeta Cheesy Skillets were $2.49 at an Olathe, KS store. The $1.49 sale was on the Velveeta shells & cheese or Kraft deluxe dinner (4 cheese, sharp cheddar, etc.)

I’m so sorry you didn’t care for it Diana! I have tried this a few different times and I have found that the brand of peanut butter and soy sauce has made a big difference in taste.
Also, the amount of carrots you add to it can make a big difference in taste. The rest of my family likes more carrots, but I don’t care for as many. You might be able to tweek the amounts to make it work for you.

on mypricechopper.com the coupon guidelines says this:
Internet Printed Coupons: 

13. We gladly accept internet printed coupons. The same manufacturer and store coupon rules above apply to all internet printed coupons.

14. Internet printed coupons must be capable of scanning at checkout.

15. Internet printed coupons must have serial numbers and must follow an industry-standard format.

16. Manufacturer internet printed coupons must clearly indicate that they are a manufacturer coupon and must have a valid manufacture address on the printed coupon.

17. We will not accept “free product” internet printed manufacturer coupons. The value of an internet printed coupon may not exceed $5.00.

Thank you Tracie! I’ve been following your blog for a little over a year now, and I saw this last year and kind of balked at it. But this year, it is my year to get my finances in order. I took my tax refund that was a little over $3,000 and paid off one of my credit cards completely today, and then I canceled it, so the temptation wasn’t staring me in the face anymore. I cannot tell you how good it felt to cut that piece of plastic up and throw it away!

I created an account and applied the code. When I go to my account settings it shows that the febfree code was applied but it says that I have a 30 day trial. We’ll see what happens in 30 days. The website and associated iPhone app look pretty great. We’ll see if they are great enough to get me to spend $70 a year if the febfree code doesn’t work.
