Father’s Day Deals in Kansas City

Father’s Day is just a few days away now — Sunday, June 20th. While I am sure Dad would love another tie, why not do something extra special for him? Here are a few things that I have found that are available in and around Kansas City on Sunday.

June 19, 10am-11am: Father’s Day Card Lab. Drop in and make an original card to give to Dad this Father’s Day. We’ll provide all the supplies; you provide your creativity (Corinth Library, 8100 Mission Rd. Prairie Village, KS).

June 19, 2-3:30 : Fatherʼs Day Workshop. Create a unique gift and design a card for someone special. A snack, story and games are included. Siblings encouraged to participate together. June 21, 9am-5pm: Father’s Day Train Rides. Celebrate Father’s Day riding the rails (Midland Railway, 11th and High St., Baldwin City, KS. 913.721.1211).

June 21, 12-3pm: Father’s Day Bar-B-Q at the Nelson. Chef Dwight Hawkins fires up the grills to offer KC’s world-famous cuisine in the beautiful courtyard of Rozzelle Court Restaurant.
