Family Fun at the Nelson: Learn about Photography

Cost: Free
Details:  Learn about photography through a fun and informal setting.  Just inquire at the front desk when you arrive – no registration required.

Mother Nature Reads
Lakeside Nature Center
Saturday, January 15th
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Cost:  Free
Details: Head into the library and hear cool facts about the animal of the month and also create a special craft that you can take along with you.

Last Call – Plaza Lights
Kansas City Plaza
Sunday, January 16th
Cost: Free
Details:  It is that time of year – the plaza lights will be turned off to officially signal the end of another holiday season.  You can head down and take in their beauty one last time……until November 2011 when they light back up once again!

    Are there any locations that give discounted tickets for Sesame Street Live this weekend at the Sprint Center in KC? Thanks! We had vouchers for 4 free tickets.. and CANNOT locate them now. My hubby and I are going crazy tearing the house/cars apart. ugh!
