Five Things To Do This Weekend

It’s another weekend! Here are some fun and free (or relatively inexpensive) ideas for some things to do with the family!  Most of what did find for this week was Indpendence Day celebrations – but tried to find a few other fun things to do as well!

Details:  All summer long, Bass Pro is offering a Free Family “campout” each weekend.  You can enjoy fishing, S’Mores, bird watching and so much more!  They also offer a different fun craft each weekend.  Get details here.

Cost: Free admission (pay for rides and food)
Details:  Come join one of Kansas City’s great Indpedence Day Festivals complete with rides, food and booths.

Details:  There’s nothing better than fresh grown fruits and veggies from right around Kansas City.   You’ll be able to enjoy lots of fun as the fruit of the day is KIWI!

9:00 p.m.
Cost: Free
Details:  Bring your blanke and enjoy a movie under the stars.  This week’s movie is 50 First Dates (PG-13).

    I am pretty sure there is a ticket charge for KC Riverfest. When I went to the website it even showed tickets for purchase.
