Time for another weekend!  Looking for some things to do that are free (or cheap)?  Here are five ideas for you.  Some of these are available only in Kansas City, but some are available nationwide.   No matter what you decided to do – have fun!

This is a something that is SO much fun!  Each year, the Interpretive Site Coalition of Kansas City sponsors this event.  Families can pick up their “passport” and begin their adventure in and around Kansas City.  As you take part in various venues,  you will get your stamp.  If you visit over half of the locations (there are 22), you can turn in your passport and get a prize!    You can read more details,  including the locations, here.

Easter Egg Hunts
Various Locations – Nationwide
Cost:  Normally FREE

There are NUMEROUS Easter Egg hunts in Kansas City and around the country this coming Saturday and/or Sunday.  I’ve grabbed some of them here, but I know I didn’t get all of them, so be sure to check with your local Chamber of Commerce to see if there is one in your neighborhood.

Saturday – March 27th:
Belton Memorial Park, Belton: 11:00 a.m.
First Baptist Church, Raytown: 10:00 a.m.
Stocksdale Park, Liberty: 11:00 a.m.
Blue Springs Assembly, Blue Springs: 1:00 p.m.
Great Mall, Olathe: 11:00 a.m.
Lenexa Christian Center, Lenexa: 11:00 a.m.

Sunday, March 28th:
Leawood City Park, Leawood: 11:30 a.m.

As I mentioned, I KNOW there are more than this — these are the ones that I could easily track down without spending hours searching.  There are also more egg hunts scheduled for April 3rd – so those will be posted next week.

Have a great weekend!
