Five Things To Do This Weekend

It is another weekend, but this one is a little different than the others.  Sunday marks the 10 year anniversary of 9/11.  There are many events and ceremonies around the country that you may wish to attend to remember that day.  I did not list any on this post, so if you are interested, you will want to look around your area for those that will work for you.

Details:  Your child can create and decorate their own police car.  Registration is required.

Details:  Your kids can help set up their own study station by having their own desktop caddy to hold pens, crayons — whatever they need to do their homework.

Details:  Join the fun for a Thomas the Train day of fun.  This event is at participating locations, so you may want to call ahead.



Apple Festival

Details: Come out for food, crafts and fun at this weekend’s Apple Festival. 

Prairie Village Jazz Festival
