I absolutely LOVE this idea! Each week, choose a question to answer from the jar and and record them in a journal. Then, at the end of 2013, you can recall things which happened all year long. Paper Coterie actually has a free download to help you make your own. You can get the label for your jar as well as your 52 questions for free!
Another spin on this same idea is a memory jar. Simply write down the GOOD things that happen in your family all year long and then pull them out to relive them at the end of 2013. We always tend to forget all of the good but easily remember the bad, so this is a way to counteract those negative memories!
