HI, I noticed on the add for the 5.00 back it said 9/29 – 10/5 which is over so is that a misprint? i hope so because those are some great deals! just wondering if you had a way to find out for sure! Thank you!

    • Tracie says

Hmmmmmm…….sounds like a misprint. It also sounds like they are still honoring it since it was printed in the ad. Just take that with you when you shop and like Sherri said, if it doesn’t deduct correctly for you, just take your receipt and the ad to customer service and they will honor it for you.

  2. Shelly says

I noticed that too and was wondering the same thing. Has anyone tried it to see if the CAT is still printing? Thanks!

  3. stacey says

I saw that too and am assuming it’s a typo, but also, does this get applied to your card? And is it a single time, or can you do multiple transactions?

  4. Jessica Griffiths says

I just went and bought five things and it took them off at the end of the receipt. I wasn’t expecting that, but think it was great!

  5. Sherri says

I just called Hen House at 135th & Metcalf. She seemed a little surprised when I brought it to her attention. She went on to say that another lady had done it this morning and it did work. However she did say if the scenario doesn’t work properly when you’re checking out just stop at the customer service desk and they’ll correct it. She said since its in their ad they’ll honor it.

I didn’t think to ask if you could do the transaction multiple times. Sorry . . .

  6. Sherri says

The Eggland’s Organic Brown Eggs at $1.48 is a 6-count package. You could buy 2 packages, use 2) $.50/1Qs and pay $0.96 for one dozen eggs. Probably a good deal for those type of eggs.

  7. Kristin says

Love your site…and thanks for all that you do!

On the Betty Crocker $5 off of 5 deals, can you do more than one $5 deal? For example, can you buy 5 cake mixes and 5 boxes of cereal to get $10 off your total?

    • Tracie says

Thanks Kristin! I don’t know about that. I’d probably personally not risk it and would run one, take my groceries to my car and try again! LOL!!

      • Elizabeth says

I just did the deal tonight. I did one transaction, and was able to do the $5 off deal 19 times for a total savings of $95! I’m not quite sure if the yogurt items are included or not – I got mixed reports. Hope this helps!

  8. Angela says

You can do more then one $5/5 products. I just went and ended up spending $6.04 and saving $53.84, 93%!!

  9. Anna says

I just got back from Hen House , the smoothies and delights are included. You can do more than one set in each transaction, I did it 7 times for a 35.00 off . The pizzas were already all gone and everything else was looking slim ut i was able to get
    6 yoplait smoothies
    4 yoplait delights
    5 cresents
    4 – cinnimon roll
    6 muffins mix
    6 cakes mix
    2 toaster studels
    12 single yopailts
    1 gallon milk
    2 bacon bits
    2 boxes town house crackers
All for 10.00 after coupons and the savings!

  10. Carrie says

The Hen House in Merriam (Johnson Dr. & Antioch) is now limiting this deal to one $5 off per transaction.

    • Tracie says

Actually, they all are at this time. I put an update on Facebook as well so that everyone would know.

  11. Kelly L says

My Hen House told me one per day per card now. Has anyone tried separate transactions in the same day since they made the change?
