If you have an Infant Bumbo Seat in your house, make sure you read this post!  The Bumbo seats are being recalled.   The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Bumbo are aware of 34 incidents where babies fell out of or maneuvered out of a Bumbo seat. Two of these incidents involved reports of skull fractures. Others reported bumps, bruises and other minor injuries.

If you have a Bumbo, you’re asked to stop using it until you order and install a free repair kit, which includes a restraint belt, installation instructions, and a new warning sticker  To order the free repair kit, visit www.recall.BumboUSA.com or call (866) 898-4999 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and between 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Friday.

The CPSC says consumers should not return the Bumbo seat to retailers as they will not be able to provide the repair kit.

Thanks for the heads up Onika!
