When you did this deal did you do it with only the cheap games? I’ve tried it two different ways with the pink/purple Leapster2 system and cannot get the price to match yours. Please advise.

I have updated the post with more details — they came to me after I made this post this morning.

  2. Laurie says

I also tried it as well and it totaled $152.90. :o( Maybe I will try just the bundle and see what happens :o)

Take a look at the post again- I was provided with additional details since my initial post this morning…..as to the games to choose to get the best deal.

I couldn’t get this to work either. $116 for me!

This would be an AMAZING deal if I could get it to go through! 😉

  5. Wendy Hill says

Tried and it said 116.XX for me. I would love to get another one of these systems if someone can get this to work.

Take a look at the post again – I was provided additional details since I first posted the deal this morning.

  6. Stacey says

I got it down to $85 by going through and getting the cheaper games. That’s as low as I could get it.

      • Stacey says

I ended up getting this down to $63 with one of the higher priced games, which I think is an amazing deal! My only issue is that the site was VERY slow…it sent me to a screen that said “Thank you for your order” but didn’t get any confirmation details, including a confirmation email. I have tried calling them twice and have been on hold for over 45 both times. I am really hoping this deal went through!!! Thank you Tracie!

        • Stacey says

I received my confirmation email for $63–the leapster2, holder and six games! I got another leapster2 during the $25 Walmart sale, so for less than $90 BOTH of my kids will get leapster2’s and games! THANK YOU!!!

I just bought 2 Leapster 2 systems, 6 games, and 2 carrying cases and spent over $80 each. I emailed Leapfrog to let them know that I understand a small price up/down from day to day, but according to this posted deal I could have received twice as many games with my purchase for almost 1/2 the money I spent. I normally wouldn’t make a fuss, but I buy every new Leapfrog item when it hits the shelves and always buy directly from them. My purchase could have been $114 for 2 Leapster 2 systems, 12 games, and 2 carrying cases. Instead I spent $182 for 2 Leapster 2 systems, 6 games, and 2 carrying cases. The price difference is huge when you consider the cheaper deal got me 6 additional games!

  8. Shanna says

I tried it with exactly the games you said and it was still $63.20. The total wasn’t high enough to get the $20/$75 promo. So you need to substitue one higher priced game.

  9. frugalistic momma says

the cheapest that’s coming up with for the 6 game bundle is $83.22 is still a good price

  10. Christa says

The games you listed in your updated post are all priced at $29.99…I can’t even find a single $7.99 game! Do they really change their prices so much over the course of a day? Or did the cheap versions of these games all sell out? Because my total is already at $150 without everything even added! The promo codes aren’t going to take off *that* much. If anyone can figure out how to make this work, please note it here, because I followed the updated instructions and like I said, couldn’t even locate a single $7.99 game. Thanks!

I am sure it is because they are all already sold out. This deal was very hot today all over the internet. That is not unusual to have deals end between the time I post them and the time you try to hit buy.
