Menu Plan Saturday: 3/12 – 3/18

If the recipe is available on line, I have directly linked it for you. If it’s my own recipe, I’ve included the details as well.  Keep in mind that the meals I select are based upon a combination of what I might find on sale combined with items from our pantry/freezer.


Sunday:   Eat Out
Monday:   Ziti
Tuesday:  Spinach & Mushroom Quice with Lemon Bars for dessert
Wednesday:  Leftovers 
Thursday:  Reuben Sandwiches & Potato Chips
Friday:  Easy Bake Fish & Chips
Saturday:   Stuffed Peppers & Dinner Rolls (ignore image on link – it is wrong but the recipe is right)


1/2 Bag of cooked Penne Pasta
1 lb cooked ground sausage
1 jar/can pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozerella cheese

Preheat oven to 350.  Add cooked pasta, cooked sausage and  pasta sauce into greased 9×13 pan and mix.  Bake for 30 min.  Add shredded cheese and bake for 5 more min or untuil cheese is melted.

    Thanks for posting this, i’m a little late working on my menu this week, but my idea well is running dry. Added the ziti and fish&chips to mine. I have a sweet potato that needs to be used in the next couple of weeks and i’m at a loss of what to make with it, anyone have any ideas?
