If you are new to using Target coupons, or have not yet signed up, Target mobile coupons are the same as Target coupons that are sent to your phone. You show the code to the cashier how then scans your phone and the discount is applied. You can use them only once and can stack them with manufacturer’s coupons but NOT other Target printed or in-ad coupons. You can sign up HERE - but remember that you first must have a phone with a working internet browser. Also keep in mind that standard text messaging rates apply according to your individual plan.
