We all love printing those Target coupons, but nothing is more frustrating than printing one out to find out that it is not a store coupon, but just a manufacturer’s coupon! UGH! That can be a waste of paper, ink — and your time! That should happen NO MORE!! Target has just simplified this process for us!
They did not change the wording, which is how you can tell just by glancing at the coupons. The following is the wording you will find to know if it is a Target Store coupon or Manufcaturer’s coupon:
- “When you buy” — usually indicates that this is a manufacturer’s coupon available on Target’s website.
- “With purchase of” — usually indicates that this is a Target store coupon.
- Product name only — usually indicates that this is a Target store coupon.
We use to have to inspect the element to know for sure too, but now, you can not only quickly find out if a coupon is a store coupon or not – you can even find out when the coupon expires!
When you visit Target’s coupon page, you will see the list of coupons, as seen below. When you hover on one of them, you will see it pop up and have the wording Target Coupon and an expiration date or it will show only an expiration date. Those with Target coupon and the date are Target store coupons and those with only a date are manufacturer’s coupons! It is just that simple!
List you see when first landing on the page
What you will see if you hover on either of these coupons —
Target Coupon and the expiration date
What you will see if you hover on this coupon —
Manufacturer’s coupon due to only seeing expiration date
That’s it! That is the simplest way to tell what type of coupon you will find before you print it out! Isn’t that simple? Now, visit Target.com and get busy printing!!!
