ShopRunner Membership: 1 Year for only $39

I’ve shared with all of you about the great features from ShopRunner.  You purchase a membership and get free shipping + returns to several merchants on-line.  They are always adding new stores, so it can be a great way to save.  You will want to be sure that you spend enough shopping on-line anually to warrant the purchase price of $79.99.

There is a great way that you can try it for less than the purchase price.  You can sign up for a 30 day trial.  Or, if you know you love this site, get your membership for a year for only $39 today on Rue La La.  If you happened to sign up on Rue La La a few weeks ago when they offered a free $10 credit, you can get yours for just $29!

I look at it this way, if shipping is an average of $8, then in less than 4 on-line orders you’ll have easily paid for the cost of your membership.  So this membership can actually more than pay for itself in the course of a year.

Thanks, She Saved!

The thing I found is that I didn’t like the service and was literally 12 hours late cancelling my membership and they would not give me a refund. They fought me all the way and were very rude when I told them that I tried to find the link online to cancel but couldn’t. Eventually they finally gave me part of my money back. Honestly I will stick with my Amazon membership with Amazon mom where I can share my membership with my family and get free shipping. This to me is the better deal because typically Amazon is cheaper than other sites anyway.

I love my ShopRunner membership, and I would have to disagree. I have found their customer service to be outstanding. I even had an issue with a $3 item and customer service not only helped me track it, but they also called me back a day later to check up on things. Here’s the thing….they can’t extend the trial period for everyone. 30 days of free shipping is very generous, and I think it was generous that they gave you 1/2 back. They have to draw the line somewhere, and by signing up, I felt like their terms were very clear. I personally paid to continue after my trial because just with Babies and Toys R Us alone, I could see that I was going to use it alot, but then when they added I was hooked. I love Amazon Prime as well … but ShopRunner has opened so many doors for me. I just feel the need to defend them as I have had nothing but very kind and professional service from them.

I always mark dates on my calendar. If I know I have a service I will not renew, I call a few days before it expires. I think when companies offer a 30 day trial, it isn’t a 31 day trial. Just my opinion. I also have dealt with ShopRunner and find the service to be great. While AmazonMom and Prime have their place, this company allows you to shop multiple sites.Amazon Prime cannot offer that.
