Walgreens Rewards: Clipless Coupons Are Here!

If you reside in one of the Walgreens Rewards test market cities, you will have noticed that you have CLIPLESS coupons in this week’s Walgreens ad.  Not only does it mean you don’t have to remember to cut out your coupon, it means that you MUST have a Rewards card to get the savings.  If you don’t have your card, you will not get any of the prices listed in the weekly ad.  Don’t worry – you can sign up right in the store and use your card right away.

One thing that I am LOVING is no more worry about giving coupons in the correct order.  Today, I purchased Kids’ Aqua-fresh toothpaste.  The regular price was $1.99, but my card dropped the price to only $0.99, with the clipless coupon.  Then, I used my printed $1.00/1 coupon from here.  I fully expected my coupon to beep since it exceeded the product price – but it didn’t!  I actually got it for free + $0.01!

I also was able to easily use another $1.00/1 Reach coupon (from the 1/3 RP insert) and get free floss (only $0.99 with my card) and 2 Reach Toothbruses for only $0.98.  They also dropped to $0.99 each because I used my card and then I handed over a B1G1 Free coupon from the 1/3 RP insert.  When all was said and done, I purchased all 4 items for only $1.05 total out of my own pocket.  And best of all – NO BEEPS!
