What To Do This Weekend in Kansas City

Wondering what to do this weekend with the family? Here are a few ideas:

Head outside and enjoy the fall foliage. The leaves are really turning gorgeous colors around here. The weather won’t be TOO cold on Saturday — so maybe a nature hike should be in your plans. The cost for this activity: FREE

Mickey Mouse
Union Station – Kansas City
Saturday: 10 am – 12 pm
Cost: FREE

Crown Center Pumpkin Patch
Crown Center – Kansas City
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Cost: FREE (some rides do require tickets, however)

You and your family can go and see over 30,000 pounds of pumpkins for a great cause – Children’s TLC. You can enjoy music, bouncy booths and fun rides for the kids. Be sure to dress your little ones up in costume and enter the costume contest which starts at 12:30 p.m! Check out all of the details here.

Smithville Octoberfest
Downtown Smithville, MO
Friday: 5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Cost: FREE

Head on out to Smithville and take part in the 9th Annual Octoberfest. You will see lots of people, great food and music. You can even meet KC Wolf if you time it just right! Check out the entire schedule of events right here.

Michaels
Saturday: 10:00 a.m.
Cost: $5.00
