When it comes to getting school supplies for back to school, most of us (well, actually all of us on this site) are doing whatever we can to save money. We look for the best deals and are really smart when it comes to shopping. One place where you can go for one stop back to school shopping is Walmart.
Walmart actually challenged me recently to see what I could pick up for just $25. I actually had to keep ADDING items to my cart to get to that total — it wasn’t adding up quickly enough for me! I picked up 4 bags of items including:
- 4 Boxes of Markers
- 2 Boxes of Pencils
- 2 Packages of Pens
- 6 Boxes of Crayons
- 2 Boxes of Colored Pencils
- 4 Packages of FIller Paper
- 1 Binder
- 4 Notebooks
- 4 Bottles of Glue
So now will come the fun part – I get to donate all of these supplies to my daughter’s school! I love it when I get a chance to pay it forward and help others.
One Penny Pinchin’ Mom reader will receive a $25 Walmart Gift Card.
Entry is simple — just leave one comment answering the question of the day. If you would like to gain some bonus entries, you can complete any or all of the additional items listed — just leave a separate comment for each method of entry. Note: All comments must be left HERE on the blog. Comments left via Facebook or Twitter will not be included.
