A friend of mine, Chrissy Pate, is one of the co-founders of BeCentsable.net. She has also recentlyco-authoried a book “Be Centsable: How to Cut Your Household Budget in Half.” She asked me if I would be interested in reviewing the book for her. Of course said – YES!
With three kids, busy website and day-to-day life, it actually took me longer to get through this book than I thought it would. When I first started to read it, I found myself nodding my head quite a bit and was really thinking that this book maybe wasn’t for me. I already knew all of these tactics on how to save money when I shopped. Then, I turned the page and found a way to save on my cleaning supplies – by making them on my own!
I really was impressed with the number of recipes I found that I could easily whip up and save money on purchasing all of those toxic chemicals. It made perfect sense to me — keep my house clean AND my family safe.
I was able to learn more about saving on my household utilities, gift giving and even travel – yep – travel! The ladies who wrote this book did a great job of covering several real ways to save money. They are moms and know that if it isn’t easy, people can’t do it. The ideas they share are real and things I can actually do!
The Be Centsable authors have offered to give TWO free copies of the book to one of you! There will be one required entry. You will then be able to enter up to four additional times to increase your chances of winning. As usual, if you have won something on my site within the past 30 days, you will not be eligible to win this package.
