Chobani has recently issued a voluntary recall of some of it’s yogurt cups due to mold. While most products have already been pulled from the store shelves, you could possibly have some of this sitting in your refrigerator and will not want to eat it.
Look over the containers you have and find the code and expiration date. The affected code is 16-012 with expiration dates of September 11 – October 7. If you find that you have any of this in your home, send an email to [email protected] so that your product can be replaced.

A little nervous here since I just read this and I just ate one that expires on the 15th of Septemeber. I will have to check when I get home, however, I can only imagine I have ate mold and I will throw them all out, no code needed!!!!! They were on sale 10/$10 2 weeks ago….yuppers, now I know why 10/10!
Not my favorite yogurt 🙁 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much!!!!! We live Chobani and we had these ones in the fridge and had eaten two if them and they were very watery and bitter and I knew something was wrong with them. Glad to find out what it was and not to eat the ones we have left.

I just bought a couple of Chobani yogurt from Target this past weekend. I brought one to work yesterday and I noticed that the lid was kind of bloated, like there was gas trying to get out from the inside. I opened it and the consistency of the fruit (it was apple cinnamon) looked weird. I did a little taste test and it tasted weird. I threw it away cause I didn’t want to risk it. I didn’t get a chance to look at the code and expiration though. I looked at the other 2 that were left and they seemed okay. Thanks for the update!
