Olive Garden Toasted Ravioli

A simple copycat recipe to recreate this yummy appetizer at home.




  1. Heat oil to 350.
  2. Beat water and eggs together.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine garlic salt, oregano basil and bread crumbs.
  4. Place flour into a third bowl.
  5. Dip ravioli into flour, then egg mixture and then breadcrumbs. Set aside on a plate for 5 minutes (in order to set the coating). Carefully fry in oil until golden brown (should take just 2 – 3 minutes). Place on rack or paper towel to drain.
  6. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese (if desired) and serve with your favorite marinara sauce!
