I love chicken and I love things that are crispy. Put them together and it’s a winner in my book! This recipe is packed full of flavor and is super easy and oh so quick to make for dinner!
Crispy Parmesan Chicken
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 T Plain Panko Breadcrumbs
1/8 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp dried Oregano
1 tsp dried Parsley
1/8 tsp dried Basil
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp ground Black Pepper
4 (1 lb) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (or 1 lb chicken tenders)
Preheat oven to 400º
In a plastic, zip top bag, combine parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and all herbs and spices. Close bag and shake well to mix.
Pour mixture onto a plate. Dip each piece of chicken into cheese mixture, turning to coat all sides. You may need to pat it down a bit to make sure breading is adhering.
Place coated chicken on a lightly greased, non-stick baking sheet.
Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 25 minutes (or more depending on how thick your chicken breasts are).
