When I click on the link it brings me to JCPenny’s & they are $17.99 then $14.39 with the code given. Am I doing something wrong or is this from a couple days ago?

Looks like you need to go to the outlet (under clearance) and head to Wednesday’s deals. As far as I can tell JCP is having some issues with their site…very slow and lots of errors
