This pillow is uh-maz-ing!!!!  It gave me such amazing support on my head and neck.  I hate when you have to wake up several times a night having to smoosh and reshape your pillow just to feel like you are getting support.   With this pillow – you never have to do that.  It is always supporting you and is comfortable.  I can’t believe how rested I felt after sleeping on it.

I’ve also just started reading Dara Torre’s book and am anxious to get started on getting myself into better shape.  I really truly believe that excerise and a good night’s rest lead to happier moms.  I also know for a fact in our house “If Momma isn’t happy – nobody is happy!”

We were instructed by her Neurologist, to try and find her a chair or something that could be used in a chair, that would provide good lumbar support.   389. The Contour Pillow is just what the doctor ordered…really, that’s what he told my husband at his appointment. Too bad insurance doesn’t consider that a “prescription”.
