Did you know that we have a mobile friendly version of our website? As a result, when connecting to our site through Facebook, you may find that you are not being sent to the post, but rather a listing of posts instead. Here is one example:
If you click the link in this post when using your mobile device, what you might see instead of the post itself is the mobile version of the site, which shows the most recent posts. You might see this:
You will see the top post listed is the post you were trying to access on Facebook (it is circle in red above). Once you click that, you will get more information on the post itself, as follows:
Now you are on the post itself and can scroll through it to find the links to make the purchase or to get more information. Don’t forget that links on mobile devices are always in bold instead of underlined and in pink (as you will find on the desktop or laptop views). This is important so that you know how to access the deals when on the go!
If you have your phone set up to view the site in classic mode instead of the mobile version (do not have the mobile app installed), you will go to the home page. That means you will need to search through to find the post itself on the list. Therefore, I recommend that you allow the mobile version on your phone or mobile device so that it is simpler for you to find the deals quickly and easily.
I hope this helps with the questions I have about people not going directly to the post via Facebook and the answer is simple – just make sure you allow the mobile version of the site and you should be OK!
(I also know that Sprint users have issues and there is no known work around at this time. Those using other providers have no issues accessing the site via the mobile version).
