Today, Hy-Vee released a brand new coupon policy. There is really only one change that shoppers need to really be aware of.: Each store now exercise it’s own discretion as to the maximum value of Internet Printable coupons they will accept. This means, one store can limit this at $2.00 and another can have no limit.
What you will want to do, first and foremost is to print the revised coupon policy. Then, you will want to stop by and visit with Customer Service or the Store Director to find out what the policy is for the store where you shop. Whatever you find out, just be sure to document it on the policy and include a date and who you spoke with, so that you have that information available, should you have any issues at the time you use the coupon while checking out.
