I thought that in celebration, it would be fun for me to share some of my favorite recipes over the past year and that’s what we’ll make for this week’s menu plan.

Monday: Ham and Cheddar Melts with Pasta Salad
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Carne Asada
Wednesday: Turkey Sliders, Slow Cooker Baked Beans, and Apple Pie Pockets
Thursday: Salmon Patties and Scalloped Potatoes
Friday: Sloppy Joes and Broccoli Salad
Saturday: Grilled Flank Steak Spinach Salad
