It is that time of the week again — Menu Plan Saturday!
Keep in mind that I keep my life simple. I am a busy mom of 3 kids and to be honest, cooking is not something I love to do. I cook because I have to. So, these meals are planned around the simplicity that I look for when it comes to trying to figure out what to make for dinner.

Sunday: Lasanga, Salad, French Bread
Monday: Grilled Chicken Salads*
Tuesday: Deli Sandwiches and Chips
Wednesday: Broccoli and Chicken* Fettucini Alfredo, Salad with French Bread
Thursday: Grilled Pork Chops, Steamed Veggies, Dinner Rolls
Friday: Make Your Own Pizza Night
Saturday: Dine Out
*Time saving tip: Grill 4 or 5 chicken breasts on Monday and then save the extra for your meal on Wednesday!!!
