If you had not yet heard, there was very large recall issued on Martha Stewart Cookware.
The reason for the recall is that the metal discs which cover the rivets on the frying pang can pop off and potentially injure someone.
The recall involves select Martha Stewart Collections including the 10 pc stainless steel cookware set. The frying pans each have 2 of these rivets, which have a metal disc which covers them. Only the frying pans are affected by this recall (none of the other pots or pans).
The UPC numbers of the include 0733003518899, 0733003623326, 0766370840959 and 0766370980334. You can find this either on the product packaging or your receipt. You can also look at the pans for one of the following date codes:
If you find that you have one of these items, you should return the pans to Macy’s and will in turn, receive a store credit for the full value of the pans. If you purchased them through a Military Exchange, you should return them there and will receive a full refund.
