These reindeer cookies are super easy to make! You don’t have to be a fancy decorator to have fun and make something your kids will absolutely adore.

Reindeer Cookies

Decorating cookies with my kids is one of my favorite holiday traditions. Unfortunately, I lack the skills and patience to make intricately decorated Christmas cookies! We made these adorable Reindeer Cookies this year and I love how simplistic and adorable they turned out! Aren’t they cute?

You’re going to love how easy it is to make these Reindeer Cookies. It doesn’t overload the cookies with icing keeping them at the perfect balance of sweetness. Even your kids can make these cute Reindeer Cookies and in no time at all!

If you are up for more holiday treats, check out these fun reindeer cupcakes and candy cane kiss thumbprint cookies.  All of these are perfect for a cookie exchange or even to leave with a glass of milk for Santa!

HOMEMADE REINDEER COOKIES

SUPPLIES

Sugar Cookies (homemade or pre-bought)
Black cookie icing (recommend Wilton)
Red chocolate candies

Bake your cookies according to the recipe or package instructions.  You’ll want them all to be circles.

Use black icing and place the red candy nose to the center of the circle.  Next, add to small dots for eyes.  The final step is to put on the antlers.  They don’t have to be perfect – so just have fun with it!!   The final step is to add a mouth.

Your kids can make all sorts of fun reindeer faces and expressions, so they get the chance to be creative and just have some fun!
