Kelly Padgett - Director of the Early Learning Center Preschool program at Eastern Greene School says
It is really sad that you do not include preschool teachers in this offer as they are just as important as all other teachers. Preschool teachers are what start a child’s journey into education, we make learning fun, we help build social emotional development so that children are ready for those hire grades and yet we never get the recognition we deserve. We teach children self help skills, how to handle conflict, and we even teach parents, and we always get pushed to the bottom. So very sad.

This is not my offer, but one from Silver Dollar City. I would reach out to them with your concerns as they would be the ones to make a change. (I do not work for, nor am I affiliated with them in any way).
