It is starting to heat up oustide! That means my meals are simpler and less involved. I don’t like to turn on my oven and like meals that don’t require me to spend a lot of time in the kitchen over a hot stove. So, here is my plan – filled with very simple meals!
- Sunday: Sesame Orange Beef, red potatoes, salad
- Monday: Roast, potatoes and carrots (slow cooker)
- Tuesday: Tacos / Taco Salads
- Wednesday: Leftover night
- Thursday: Chicken Wraps
- Friday: Grilled chicken breasts, fresh veggies and rice
- Saturday: Grilled hot dogs and brats with veggies
