Here is what you need to do to claim your rebate:
1. Purchase 3 qualifying items. Keep in mind the twin or double packs will count as ONE purchase.
2. Fill in the UPCs on the form in the space indicated.
3. Send the completed form, original receipt(s) with the purchase prices circled to the address on the form. Note that receipts means you do not have to purchase all 3 items at the same time.
Your request must be postmarked by July 15, 2010 — so you have LOTS of time to get this rebate. Best thing of all is that you can do this up to 3 times – netting you $15.00 in total rebates.
Keep in mind that many K-Mart stores are offering double coupons (even on non P&G products), so you can double your coupon value and still get the rebate.
