GroupOn: What is This Site About?

If you are new to this site, or even just to GroupOn, you probably have a few questions about this site.  Read on and hopefully, I’ll address them all for you.

1.  What can you find on GroupOn?  This site works with retailers/sites to negotiate deals on services, products and events.  The deals offered are 50% – 90% off.

2.  Why didn’t I get the deal?  The deals are activated only when a minimum number of people agree to buy. 

3.  The deal is dead but it isn’t the end of the day?  Why?  Not only is there a minumum number of sales required, there is sometimes a maximum as well. 

4.  Do GroupOns cover shipping/handling charges?  Not all of them do.  Always read the details regarding the deal before making your purchase, so that you know whether or not shipping will be extra.
